Registration Policy
Registration is confirmed once payment is received. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment and Refund Policy
Tuition fees are due at the time of registration. Refunds are available only if a class is cancelled by Amada Language School or if a written cancellation request is received at least 3 days before the course start date.

Low Enrollment Policy
Each class requires a minimum number of students to run. If a class does not meet this minimum, it may be cancelled or postponed. Families will be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time and may choose to transfer to another class or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
In the rare event that a course must be cancelled or rescheduled, families will be notified as soon as possible, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Attendance Policy
Regular attendance helps students make steady progress. Please notify us if your child will be absent. Make-up classes may be offered when possible but are not guaranteed.

Photo and Video Release
During classes and events, students may be photographed or recorded. You will be able to give permission or not during registration.

Behavior Policy
We promote a positive and respectful learning environment. Disruptive behaviour may result in temporary or permanent removal from class without refund.

Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for school administration and communication. We do not share personal data with third parties.

Health and Safety Policy
Students and Parents must inform us of any allergies or medical conditions. In case of illness, please stay home or keep your child at home to ensure the wellbeing of all students.
